If you are not happy with a particular
product you received, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange,
please send a detailed e-mail to

regarding
your reason.
You must include your Full Name and/or Transaction ID# (emailed to you after
purchase) for a faster response time.
NOTE - There are several items that are not qualified for a refund!
Such as DVDs (Anime/Asian cinema) DVDs, video games, OST soundtrack CDs,
and other merchandise specifically designated in their respective product
description page "NON-Returnable".
Should you receive a Defective Disc, we will gladly replace it with the
same title. They can not be exchanged for a different movie/title/game.
All defects must be returned to us first, before we will ship you the replacement.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
In case of DVDs/Games, because we offer Free Shipping to our USA customers,
we can not reimburse you on shipping charges.
Please contact us first and wait to receive a Return
Authorization (RA#) Code before you mail the product back to us.
Any packages without any RA# on the address lable will not be accepted and/or
processed for refund/replacement.
