Parallels 5.0 Upgrade Path

Any Parallels 4.0 purchase between October 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 will be eligible
for the 5.0 upgrade.  Upgrades must be completed within 30 days of purchase to be valid. 

There will be a link on the Parallels 5.0 page of the Nova Development website that will have a
form where users can register for the free upgrade.  Customers will need to provide proof of
purchase of Parallels 4.0 between the dates of October 1st, 2009 and December 31,2009.

Customers will be asked to upload a jpg or pdf of their purchase receipt.  They will also have the
option to fax or mail us this info.  Once received, we will email the customer a download link and
serial number for Parallels Desktop 5.

On-box Rebate Information:

• Offer 1 – $20 total for an Everyday rebate.  This consumer does not own a prior version of Parallels or VMware Fusion. Redemption Code is PAR520.
