Q: Are your products Authentic?
A: Yes! We purchase All of our products directly from the official manufacturers.

Our Anime and Asian cinema dvds come directly from Funimation, Bandai, Navarre LTD, Tartan Asia, and other media distributors. All our products have brand names specifically labled in the product description pages as to who manufactured them.

Q: What Shipping Services do you use?
A: Domestic USA Customers

- Any small items, such as DVDs/Videogames, T-shirts, etc. are shipped using 1st Class USPS Postal Service.

- Larger items that will not fit in a polybag/envelope, such as Airsoft guns, electronics, large size articles of clothing (Jackets/hoodies), etc... are shipped using either UPS Ground or USPS Express Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL Customers

- We ship your items regular AIRMAIL. Smaller items such as DVDs/Games can be shipped w/ upgraded postage using EMS Express. All Fees required for overseas mailing must be fully paid first before we ship it out to you. Airsoft Guns can not be shipped outside the USA!


Q: My package hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
A: Domestic Customers: A tracking number is provided to you when your order ships out. If the package was sent by USPS, please track it on the www.USPS.com Website. If by UPS, track it on the www.UPS.com/us Website.

If you did not get a tracking number from us, most likely your item is on backorder. Any orders containing backordered items is shipped partially, We will inform you when the product becomes available again. If that still hasn’t solved your problem, please contact us.

International NON-USA Customers: If you did not request shipping service by Express EMS, then your order was shipped using regular AIRMAIL and will not get a tracking number.

Delivery confirmation would be available upon request. International shipments usually take 10-14 days to arrive. Please be patient and contact us if you don't receive it after 2 weeks.
